Pre-engineered Conveyor Steel Frame Structure For Cement Plant​:

 

Pre-engineered conveyor steel frame structure for cement plant is designed with trestle structure with space frame structure to be used for cement plant to transport raw material. Owing to the width and length of the conveyor structure, then space frame is applied. In order to have a closed space to avoid raining and dust, so the conveyor is designed with shed and all three sides are closed by steel color sheet.

 

Conveyor system is widely used in mining, metallurgy industry to transport both of bulk materials and end products. According to different technology it can be used in single, multiple or combined with other equipment to form horizontal or incline transportation system to satisfy different production line arrangement needs. Steel structure conveyor system is composed by:

 

1. Intermediate frame: Inter mediate frame is part of belt conveyor, used for installing cross beam of idler and the entire idler. Generally made of box iron or angle steel, it is fixed together with H-frame from below. Length: 3-6m. Specification of box steel and angle steel varies with different breadth of belt conveyor.
2. H frame II type (landing leg): It is more firm by adding two inclined struts to H frame I type. Normally, H frame I type and H frame II type are used in rotation.
3. Adjustable landing leg: To adjust the height of the conveyor, some landing legs (H frame) are made adjustable. Thus making it convenient to adjust the height during installation. Telescopic upright post, made of steel tube or U steel, is used to adjust the height of landing legs. The number of required posts is up to the terrain where the belt conveyor is used.
4. Carling: The underground belt conveyor often replaces the intermediated frame with steel tube, which is generally called carling. Caring is used for supporting idler. Under normal circumstances, each section of steel tube is m in length. Carling is likened by quick coupling with H frame. On each section of steel tube hang two sets of trough-shaped idler. Specification of steel tube varies with different breadth of belt conveyor, such asφ60, φ75.5, φ89.

Sinoacme steel structure production procedure:

 

1. Design: The design will be made with full design parameters provided by clients;
2. Material: Raw material will be prepared according to the material list provided by engineers;
3. Cutting: Steel plate will be cut according to the detailed drawing provided by engineers;
4. Assembling: Apply spot welding to assemble two pieces flange plate and one web plate together;
5. Auto welding: Arc-submerging machine will be applied to make full welding for steel components;
6. Straightening: To make the deformation of flange and web plate to flat;
7. Manual welding: Welding the connection plate and purlin plate to the main steel components;
8. Shot blasting: To get rid of rust on the surface of steel components;
9. Painting: Antiseptic treatment;
10. Delivery: Packing, loading and deliver to construction site;
11. Erection: Erect according to the erection drawing provided by engineers;
12. Finishing: Whole project completed.
