Sinoacme Prefabricated Light Gauge Steel Structure House
This is a Prefabricated Light Gauge Steel Structure House in Angola, designed in a light galvanised steel structure. Designed as a two storey house with a living room, kitchen and garage on the ground floor and a bedroom layout on the first floor. The roof is clad in OSB panels and the exterior is clad in waterproofing materials – SBS membrane and asphalt shingles as roofing tiles. The external walls are made of OSB panels and decorative panels with mineral wool as insulation, and the partition walls are made of two layers of plasterboard. The ground floor is designed with concrete as flooring.
Lightweight steel villas are made of lightweight steel sections and autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC or AAC) panels. It is now widely used in North America, Europe and parts of Asia, and is accepted and popular in other countries around the world. It is environmentally friendly, economical, quick to build and over 90% of the materials can be recycled. It has a long service life, requiring no maintenance for up to 50 years. Stable and resistant to earthquakes of at least magnitude 8 and hurricanes of 60m/s. High utilisation rate, energy saving, sound insulation, thermal insulation and thermal insulation. Simple construction and very good appearance, depending on the design.
