Project description
Based on the usage of the steel structure building, it was designed with “L” shape, with one longitudinal length 128m and width 78m. This part was divided into three spans with 24m per span and the first two spans eave height 16m and another span 24m and eave height 24.5m, crane beam height 18.5m. Owing to the eave height 24.5m with large lifting capacity overhead crane, this span was designed with lattice columns. The lateral length is 320m and width is 48m two spans. This part was designed with eave height 12.5m. In order to have a good airflow in the workshop building, ridge vent was designed on the roof. This prefabricated steel workshop was designed with skylight panel on the roof to allow sunlight come through during the day. Roof cladding is applied T=0.6mm steel color sheet, for the wall from the ground 2m brick wall and the left part upper the the brick wall was designed with T=0.6mm steel color sheet and with aluminum sliding windows. Doors is designed with auto roller shutter door to allow vehicle to go inside the building and some steel door for man entrance.
